Black Banded Cigar-Shaped UFO Sightings on the Rise

According to the Canadian National Newspaper,   there have been an increasing amount of UFO reports that are taking on the shape of a cigar with a black band around the middle.  The UFO is described as traveling silently across the sky, and then "hides in the clouds."  The cigar-shaped UFO enters a cloud, but then never reappears on the other end.

Cigar-shaped UFO sightings have recently been reported in Michigan, Pennsylvania, as well as Cantalice, Italy.  Each of these reports had remarkable similarity in their descriptions.  There was even a rather poor quality video that is available for the sighting in Italy.
